The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Fisheries referral           
on the following at the request of Representative Austerman, Chair:            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 68(HES) am                                             
"An Act relating to the donation to a food bank of hatchery                   
salmon, to the donation of food by meat processors, seafood                    
processors, manufacturers, packers, processors, bottlers, and similar          
entities, and to who qualifies as a food bank."                                
                                                                               
SB 68 was referred to the Health, Education & Social Services                  
Committee.
